Steven K. Parnagian skp@pmlawpc.com Steven K. Parnagian is a partner of the firm and practices from our Boston office. Mr. Parnagian concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, business law, representation of small to medium size companies, residential and commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, and commercial drafting and financing. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Parnagian was an associate attorney in a Rhode Island firm where he served as the assistant solicitor for the towns of North Kingstown and Exeter. In 1995 he established the Law Office of Steven K. Parnagian, Ltd., in Boston. Mr. Parnagian is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island (B.A. 1983) and a graduate of Western New England School of Law (J.D. 1987). Mr. Parnagian is a member of the Rhode Island bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, United States District Court for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Real Estate Bar Association (MA), and admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He lives in Belmont, Massachusetts with his wife Aida and their daughter Nicole.
Jason R. Marinelli jrm@pmlawpc.com Jason R. Marinelli is a partner of the firm and practices from our Rhode Island office. Mr. Marinelli concentrates his practice in areas relating to the acquisition, development, financing and sale of residential and commercial real estate, including, condominium development, business law, and commercial drafting and financing. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Marinelli was an associate attorney for law firms in Providence and Cranston during which time he served as the assistant solicitor for the towns of North Kingstown and Exeter and served on the Board of Directors for the Rhode Island ALS Association. He then established the Law Office of Jason R. Marinlli, PC in 1998. Mr. Marinelli is a graduate of Providence College (B.A. 1987), a graduate of Georgetown University Graduate School (M.A., 1988) and a graduate of Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 1993). Mr. Marinelli is a state agent for many national relocation companies including Cartus, CBRB and Aieres and is a frequent lecturer at continuing education courses for real estate agents. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, Justinian Law Society, Rhode Island Bar Association Title Standard’s Committee and is a former member of the Rhode Island Conveyance Association. He currently serves as the President of the Capital City Connection Providence BNI Group and also serves on the House Committee as a member of the Hope Club. Mr. Marinelli lives in Barrington with his wife Deborah and their children Alexandra, Emily and Thomas.
Monique A. Desormier mad@pmlawpc.com Monique A. Desormier is the senior associate attorney with the firm and practices from our Rhode Island office. Ms. Desormier concentrates her practice in the areas relating to the acquisition, development, financing and sale of residential and commercial real estate, business law, estate planning and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Desormier served as Title Attorney to Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Ms. Desormier is a graduate of Bryant University (1987), a graduate of Western New England College School of Law (J.D. 1990) and received her Master’s in Taxation from Bryant University (1999). Ms. Desormier is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the United District Court for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Keri M. Armstrong kma@pmlawpc.com Keri M. Armstrong is an associate attorney of the firm and practices from our Boston office. Ms. Armstrong concentrates her practice in the areas relating to real estate transactions, civil litigation, and business law. She is a graduate of Fairfield University (B.A. 2001) and a graduate of New England School of Law (J.D. 2004, cum laude). Ms. Armstrong is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Peggy Davis peggy@pmlawpc.com Ms. Davis works from the Rhode Island office and serves as a real estate paralegal for the firm and has over 20 years of experience in real estate. Ms. Davis handles all pre-closing issues including ordering and reviewing title examinations, preparing commitments, scheduling closings and preparing all documents needed for closing. Ms. Davis is also the contact person for our relocation clients.
Lori Louro lori@pmlawpc.com Ms. Louro works from the Rhode Island office and handles all post closing and disbursement issues for the residential and commercial closings. She oversees all escrow accounts, wire transactions and the final accounting and disposition of each closing file. Ms. Louro also assists in the preparation of legal documents, title policies and oversees all post closing relocation issues.
Ann R. Quinn ann@pmlawpc.com Ms. Quinn works from the Rhode Island office and has over 14 years of experience in real estate law. She is responsible for post closing compliance and obtains discharges and payoffs for commercial and residential closing files. She also assists in the preparation of real estate documentation and title policies.
Donna Waycott donna@pmlawpc.com Ms. Waycott works from the Rhode Island office and serves as the bookkeeper for the firm and manages all accounts receivable and payable.
